“Lomo Saltado” is a recipe-zine! Get ready to cook, grab my zine, and let’s make my most favorite meal. I grew up in a Peruvian family and ate a lot of meat when I was younger. Culture and tradition and memories can still be cherished even if the meals you make now are plant-based rather than animal-based. Hope you cook along and enjoy.
